ConvoType Cloud is a hosted platform — sign up, build forms, and embed them anywhere with a script tag. No WordPress needed. ConvoType Pro is a native WordPress plugin that integrates directly with Gutenberg and your WordPress site. Both offer the same features and tiers.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes! You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings. When upgrading to yearly, you’ll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
We offer a generous free tier so you can try ConvoType with no time limit. When you’re ready for more forms, responses, and advanced features like conditional logic and webhooks, upgrading to Pro is instant.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your forms and data are always preserved.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Yearly plans can also be paid via invoice for Business tier customers.
